On December 4, 2017, the "Basic Course on CDT" starts for doctors and nurses. The basic course is a complete immersion in lymphology and treatment of lymphatic edema. Within 21 days, you will receive powerful theoretical basis and basic practical skills.

You will learn basic information about differential diagnosis and lymphedema treatment. We will answer your questions and tell you about current trends of caring patients with lymphedema.
If you are a doctor and you are interested in the problem of treating lymphedema, then this course is for you. Thanks to online lectures, you will understand the work of the lymphatic system; you can get the necessary skills for a lymphologist and get access to the exam on "Clinical lymphology" specialty.
It includes theoretical (2 weeks, online format) and a practical unit (1 week - full-time). During the theoretical block, you will learn how the lymphatic system works, why lymphedema occurs and what are the current ideas about the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. The practical part will give you an idea of what Complex Decongestive Therapy (CDT) is and will provide basic skills for helping patients with lymphedema.
We supplement the basic skills with the details and private techniques of working in advanced cases of lymph nodes of the upper and lower limbs, learn to work with face and genital area, and improve the skills of complex physical anti-therapeutics.
Mini CDT courses
Mini-courses allow to deepen knowledge in a specific area of CDT or to improve already available skills. The duration of all mini-courses is 2 days (theory and practice).
You will learn about the peculiarities of managing patients with primary and secondary lymphedema of the upper extremities, about the secrets and peculiarities of treating edema in this area.

You send us your complex cases, and we disassemble them when we meet. It does not matter if it's a giant lymphedema or a patient with a complex developmental malformation. We will prepare a clear answers and practical advice on the management of such patients for you.
Training of patients and their relatives
Sometimes patients are far from certified specialists, and there is a need to cope with lymphedema on their own. To do this, we teach them basic skills that will help them in life with lymphedema.
We will show your relative how to make manual lymph drainage in your particular case. You will master the basic techniques that will allow you to maintain the result achieved during the treatment.
You will learn to impose a bandage on your arm (or leg) yourself. This will allow you, if necessary, to maintain the result achieved during treatment.
